We installed downspout extensions for this residential customer. There was a water pooling issue that was affecting the foundation of this building and it was solved with these extensions that routed the water away from the property.

Depending on your property needs, a perforated french drain might have to be installed. This is done for properties that flood frequently, the perforated pipe is installed with layers of gravel and remains gravel at the top to give water a place to go. Water, as usual, is diverted away from the property.

A drain grate was installed at the entrance of this garage as it would get flooded during heavy rain. The drain grate was then connected to a downspout extension that diverted the water away from the property. 

Corrugated pipe is our go to for drain pipe installations as it is flexible unlike solid PVC. For this application, we installed downspout extensions and used corrugated pipe to divert water into an existing dry well.
